The Atlantean Celtic Cross by David Millo By: admin
An aerial impression of the Atlantean capital was a likeness of the Celtic cross. That is, it had the form of a 'Christian' cross with 3 of it's ends encompassed by a circle. This symbol memory was preserved by international seafarers for some 9 millennia after the 9,605 BC submergence of Atlantis.
Each end of this cross is expressed by a sacred site; the south end being Atlantis. One of these sites is barely known and bears a similar Celtic cross terra art form in a satellite image. A formidable stone dragon facing west guards this western site and he draws on ample seismic energy.
The Celtic cross also expresses the north and south orientations of 2 constellations. Draco ("dragon") winds down from the north celestial pole and Crux's (The Southern Cross) upright member points to the southern celestial pole. Each mythical star pattern was key to navigation in it's own hemisphere. These images circle forever in the ocean of time; what Plato termed the "true ocean" in his Atlantean tale. Outside of this legend, Plato said that time was a moving image of an unmoving eternity.
Time is generated by the west to east rotation of the Earth. It's the crossbar member of the dragon's flapping wings which spins about the north - south axis. Like north and south magnetic poles, the celestial poles are a channel union of yin and yang. From this unification the Dragon [Draco] sprang. The paths (veins) of the Celtic dragons were critical to the flow of energy or ley lines [of the Celts and Chinese]. "... a spot where the veins crossed or a spot where the dragon would stop to rest, that became a spot of heightened power."(1)
Time appears as a chaos of events. In scientific terms, chaos is a seemingly random sequence of events that by nature should have an underlying orderly pattern. Understanding this pattern requires a unified knowledge of many levels. It's the wisdom encapsulated by mythology. This wisdom says that from the current chaos of ignorance the glory of Atlantis will emerge again.
